Allison is a marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in advancing business outcomes for leading brands around the globe. As Chief Marketing Officer, Allison leads a team charged with telling powerful stories, analyzing data and transforming insights into creative business strategies that enhance donor and partner relationships and advance Enterprise’s mission.
Previously, as a senior leader at Omnicom’s business communications firm Doremus, Allison oversaw client engagements across the globe and brought insight into diverse business challenges across a range of sectors. She held senior positions at leading advertising and communications firms, including Ogilvy, Y&R and Wunderman, working on iconic brands such as American Express, Johnson & Johnson and AT&T and partnering extensively with nonprofit organizations, including Good360, CFA Institute and Underwriters Laboratories.
A New York native, Allison holds an M.B.A. from New York University and received her B.A. cum laude in Political Science and French from Mount Holyoke College. She is a board member of ANA Business Marketing of New York and has served on the boards of Make Room, a rental advocacy organization, and Plan International USA, working to end gender inequality and poverty globally. Allison lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and has two daughters who have taught her more than any of her degrees.
