Steven Swann

Steven Swann is a policy analyst at Enterprise Community Partners, where he primarily focuses on economic mobility and racial equity. Prior to joining Enterprise, Steven worked for the Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership as a public interest fellow and served as the racial equity manager at Bread for the City in Washington, D.C. He has advocacy and research experience comprising urban poverty, education, affordable housing, criminal justice, and racial inequality. He currently serves on the board of DC Action.

Steven holds a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Maryland.
