In support of legislative work and broader policy development, our California markets are seeking an insurance consultant to assist with research, policy design, and engagement. As an owner and operator, syndicator and investor in affordable housing, Enterprise has direct experience in the drastic rise of insurance rates at our properties, with notable spikes particularly in the past couple of years. As a policy research, development, and advocacy group, Enterprise has been actively engaged with stakeholders and government officials. The insurance consultant will collaborate with our California policy team and partners statewide to shape long-term, scalable insurance solutions for affordable housing providers. Consultant is not required to be based in California.
