The Rocky Mountain Climate Resilience Academy marks Enterprise's fifth regional cohort learning opportunity for owners, operators, and developers of multifamily affordable housing. Apply by September 27, 2023.
Academy participants will engage with one another, content experts, and local stakeholders to address the unique climate hazards of the Rocky Mountain region.
Together, participants will be able to identify critical vulnerabilities, learn about solutions, and access one-on-one technical assistance to improve portfolio resilience to future threats and incorporate community resilience strategies.
Focus areas will be tailored to regional-specific needs and will include: assessing portfolio risk; strategies for building and retrofitting climate-resilient housing; business continuity planning; understanding funding and financing; and incorporating resident engagement strategies.
The Rocky Mountain Resilience Academy will kick off in Denver with an in-person session on Thursday, October 5, 2023. The cohort will thereafter meet bi-weekly, virtually, on Thursdays for eight weeks. Each virtual session will be 2.5 hours. The final session will be on November 30, 2023.
