Enterprise is honored to have had the opportunity to support the State of California’s emergency housing and homelessness response to the Covid pandemic.

Enterprise is excited to have been selected by the California Strategic Growth Council to provide technical assistance (TA) for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program (AHSC) for the upcoming rounds 6 and 7.

Justine Marcus recently passed her one-year mark with Enterprise’s Northern California team where she leads our state and local policy work. 

The Housing for Health Fund is an $85 million impact investing partnership among Enterprise, Kaiser Permanente and JPMorgan Chase, which focuses on preserving affordable homes and improving resident health.

In February 2020, Enterprise’s Northern California team welcomed Andrea Papanastassiou as director with the conventional equity team.

Northern California market welcomed Brandon Jones as program director of the Cultural Resilience Program. His role is to examine strategies and best practices for protecting cultural identity within community development, with a focus on the HOPE SF redevelopment initiative and supporting Enterprise’s national Culture and Creativity team. 

The Enterprise and Wells Fargo competition will award $12 million in grants for six innovative proposals that are the most scalable and viable to increase housing affordability solutions.
