Allan Bach

Allan has been in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit industry for nearly ten years in both syndication and investor roles. Allan joined Enterprise from Capital One, where he served as senior manager of syndicator relations within the community finance team, where he helped to screen potential new debt and equity opportunities. Also, while at Capital One, Allan underwrote and contributed to the closing of multi-investor fund LIHTC investments, including Enterprise funds. Prior to his work with Capital One, Allan served as assistant vice president at PNC Financial in an investor relations role and with VCDC in fund management and investor relations roles.
