Residents at the Center

Residents are the heart of our work and the reason behind all we do. That’s why we collaborate with resident and community volunteers, partners, and local and federal government agencies to make sure residents can access what they're looking for right where they live – whether that’s fresh food, health and wellness programs, financial counseling, or even afterschool classes for kids.
Residents are at the heart of what we do. Hear more from a few of our residents in the Mid-Atlantic region about the importance of community and what it means for each of them.
At Legacy at Twin Rivers in Columbia, MD, Enterprise replaced an aging 58-unit complex from the 1960s with a higher-density, modern, accessible, amenity-full community with 153 new apartment homes in two four-story, elevator-served structures. This redeveloped community is an industry-leading solution that supports a mixed income population, with one-third of units reserved for the lowest income earners, one-third of units targeted to a “workforce housing” population and the remaining one-third of units set at market rate.
