Claire Parisa

Claire Parisa joins Enterprise Housing Credit Investments (EHCI) as an originator covering Northern California and supporting Enterprise’s Oregon origination efforts. Claire comes to Enterprise with 9 years of experience in LIHTC syndication, housing finance, and real estate development. Previously, she worked on the acquisitions team for Red Stone Equity Partners, as an associate director at the California Housing Partnership, and a project manager for the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation. During her career, Claire has contributed to the creation and preservation of over 6,000 affordable homes ($1.46B LIHTC equity). Claire serves on the faculty of UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design where she teaches two graduate-level affordable housing finance and development classes. She is also active in local housing advocacy across the San Francisco Bay Area.
