Colin Pahl

Colin Pahl is a director of investor relations at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments. In this role, he manages ongoing relationships with financial institutions and raises equity for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) fund investments. Before transitioning to his current role, Colin was a senior underwriter for Enterprise’s housing credit business, where he was responsible for closing transactions in excess of $252 million in equity.

Colin has been in the housing credit business for more than 13 years. Prior to joining Enterprise in 2018, he was responsible for underwriting and closing investments and loans for LIHTC transactions and CDFIs with a regional banking intuition.

Colin holds a master’s in real estate from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s in urban planning from Michigan State University.
