Erik Apahnis

As a Vice President of Operations, Erik oversees relationships within Finance and IT and is involved in model development, policy and procedure, and reporting initiatives. Prior to his role with the Real Estate Equity team, Erik was part of Enterprise’s finance group where he led a team that provided fund level reporting and analysis to investors on over 120 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Real Estate Equity funds. In that role, Erik also collaborated on improved technology and process solutions for the team. Prior to moving into the finance team, he served as a senior underwriter where he worked with development partners to underwrite and close LIHTC investments across the country.

Erik has been with Enterprise for 17 years. He completed his undergraduate studies at Wheaton College and graduate work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
