Kiera Quigley
Kiera Quigley is a decarbonization fellow with Building Resilient Futures at Enterprise Community Partners. In this role, Kiera supports Enterprise’s programmatic efforts to equitably decarbonize affordable housing in the U.S., including the development of online resource hubs and peer exchange platforms. She coordinates across Enterprise’s market offices and with a variety of external partners to share and scale best practices for affordable housing decarbonization.
Before joining Enterprise, Kiera gained a range of experience in the field of environmental justice. Most recently, she was a graduate research fellow at Yale University, where she investigated spatial patterns of food access and green stormwater infrastructure in Michigan communities with implications for racial and economic justice. Kiera also has experience in urban climate solutions addressing extreme heat and flooding in formerly redlined neighborhoods across the U.S.
Kiera holds a master of environmental management degree from the Yale School of the Environment and a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. She is also an alumna of the Sitka AmeriCorps program in Sitka, Alaska, where she supported the personal and educational development of high school students from across the state.
