Matthew Singh

Matthew Singh is an Associate Relationship Manager for Investor Relations at Enterprise Community Investment, where he manages ongoing relationships with, and raises equity from, financial institutions investing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit funds. He was previously a Vice President in Commercial Real Estate at TD Bank, where he structured, underwrote, and managed affordable housing construction loans in the New York, DC, and Florida markets. Typical loans ranged from $20MM to $75MM for 4%, 9%, and "twinned" LIHTC transactions. Matthew also oversaw and restructured certain workout loans, preventing losses from situations such as GC termination and failure to complete or stabilize.

Within the community, Matthew served for six years as a board member of the New York Housing Conference Rising Leaders Network, and has mentored young leaders through Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, he holds a Master in Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
