Ryan Rosoff

Ryan Rosoff is a director of acquisitions at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments, Enterprise’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit syndication business. He originates investments primarily with sponsors based in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia. 

Ryan brings more than 13 years of experience in underwriting and originating Low-Income Housing Tax Credit investments. He has underwritten and closed $1.06 billion in equity across 78 affordable housing properties. Before joining Enterprise in 2017, he was the senior project manager of National Equity Fund’s underwriting team.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree with a specialization in real estate and finance from American University.
