Scott Greenfield
Scott Greenfield is Senior Director of Real Estate Equity, operating under Enterprise Community Investment, an Enterprise Community Partners affiliate and serves as a national equity originator for the Enterprise Preservation Fund(s), including the Renter Wealth Creation Fund and the Middle-Income Affordable Preservation Fund. Scott oversees a portion of the Real Estate Equity pipeline responsible for the identification of acquisition candidates for deploying capital in LURA-based investments (LIHTC 15+, Section 8, public/private partnerships) and affordable NOAH workforce housing. Scott is a first point of contact for developers interested in investments from Enterprise’s Real Estate Preservation Equity Fund(s), and business development and creating new developer partner relationships. He has been involved with this business at Enterprise since 2019.
Prior to Enterprise, Scott has 20+ years of experience, including public finance investment banking for multifamily and single-family housing bond issuers, several finance leadership roles at Intel Corp (including Intel Capital), KinderCare Education, and Starbucks/Nestle USA. He has also consulted for senior housing operators.
Scott received a Master of Business Administration degree at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts degree at Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
