Shannon Ball

Shannon Ball joined Enterprise in 2016. She currently serves as a Program Director for the Enterprise Southeast office. Shannon is responsible for the management of the Southeast’s Section 4 HUD pass-through grant program, the Southeast’s Housing as A Pathway to Justice efforts, as well as supporting the Southeast’s Faith-Based Development Initiative.  

Before Enterprise, Shannon worked in mental health access for persons experiencing homelessness, transitional and permanent supportive housing, and coordinating re-entry preparation for women prior to release.  

Shannon is an experienced non-profit program manager, with almost 20 years of experience working in affordable housing, focusing on grants, working with justice-involved populations, and with faith-based communities to ensure both the achievement and development of affordable housing.
