1. Enterprise CDO Fund Supports Detroit Communities of Color

Our Community Development Organization (CDO) Fund will provide Detroit community groups with $11 million in operating support over the next two years. The funds, committed by Ford, Kresge, Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. and W.K. Kellogg foundations, will bolster organizations led by or serving Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) as part of our larger Equitable Path Forward Initiative.

We're offering grants of up to $450,000 to management and/or development firms focused on affordable housing in New York. The Equitable Path Forward: New York Grants will go to 12 organizations owned by Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) or other historically marginalized groups to address racial disparities in access to funding.
