Enterprise Community Partners is pleased to be offering an in-person session of the Rural Rental Preservation Academy: Funding the Work in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. This session will be in person in Salt Lake City, UT. We will share more information on the venue, schedule and speakers at a later date. Sessions are scheduled from 8:00 AM- 3:00 PM MT.
This FREE in-person session will cover an array of financing resources available to preserve
and rehab rural properties. Local and federal programs and rural housing portfolios
outside of RD and topics like joint development partnerships will also be covered. We will
also host a networking session designed to connect interested buyers and sellers.
