Home 4 Good Launch and Discussion of Eviction Prevention in NYC

In the wake of the pandemic, housing advocates and providers came together to explore solutions to rates of high rental arrears and subsequent eviction filings. Out of these discussions was born Home4Good, a portfolio-based intervention aiming to more proactively and efficiently reduce arrears and help tenants attain greater housing stability.

Join us for the launch of Home4Good, with remarks by its founders-RiseBoro Community Partnership, Enterprise Community Partners, L+M Development Partners, Macomb Capital and Help USA- as well as a broader panel discussion of the rental arrears challenges facing affordable housing landlords and tenants in NYC, including representatives from the NYC Department of Social Services and the NYC Council, and a presentation by the NYU Furman Center.
