Zero Emissions Over Time: An Ask-Us-Anything

Join us to preview an emerging new pathway available through Enterprise Green Communities that offers a phased approach to achieving net zero energy emissions.

In January, Enterprise will launch Zero Over Time, a new offering through Green Communities that positions developers of multifamily affordable housing to plan for deep energy retrofits over the course of 20 years. 

The only opportunity of its kind, this new pathway is designed to help developers meet the Department of Energy’s National Definition of a Zero Emissions Building and qualify for funding through the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF).
