When you invest in the Enterprise Community Impact Note, your investment benefits communities across the country. The communities use those funds to build affordable housing, community health centers, schools, and other facilities that provide much-needed services in vulnerable areas.

How to Invest

Invest by Online Portal

Our new online investment portal makes it quick and easy to invest in the Enterprise Community Impact Note. You’ll be walked through the following steps:

  1. Register your name, email and password to set up your account in the portal
  2. Review the Impact Note Prospectus and confirm that you are a resident or entity residing in a State where the Impact Note is available.
  3. Submit supporting documents with the Investment Application. This is an additional measure to ensure against accepting fraudulent contributions.
    1. For individuals, proof of identification (e.g., valid driver’s license or passport)
    2. For institutional investors:
      1. Documentation confirming the entity’s existence (e.g., such as Articles of Incorporation) 
      2. An incumbency certificate
  4. Complete your Investment Application, including choosing a Rate and Term combination from the list below that meets your investment goals

  6. Once your application is approved, you will be notified and provided with transfer payment information, whereupon you can proceed with the transfer of funds.

After your Note has been purchased, you can use the portal to access general communications from ECLF, confirmations of Note purchase(s), transaction history, and accrued interest and impact reporting.
