The Alaska Housing Accelerator Academy is a professional development program for Alaska Tribally-Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs), Tribes, and eligible Native organizations seeking to expand their impact, advance development goals, and build more homes in Alaska Native communities. Together with the Association of Alaska Housing Authorities (AAHA), Enterprise will deliver a series of virtual training sessions designed to deepen knowledge of housing development, portfolio management and finance, and enhancing organizational capacity.

These sessions will complement AAHA’s Emerging Leaders Program and are open to a wider audience of participants.

Benefits of participation include:

  • Connect and build relationships with peers working in Tribal housing across Alaska
  • Discounted registration to attend the 2026 NAIHC Annual Convention & Trade Show in Anchorage (for Emerging Leaders Cohort)
  • Flexible Staff Participation: each organization will identify two primary points of contact for continuity across trainings, but subject-matter expert attendance is encouraged (e.g. Maintenance Supervisor attends Property Management training)
  • One-month open enrollment period: organizations provided ample time to respond to request for applications
  • Virtual Learning: convenient attendance from anywhere in Alaska
Closing date for this application is 03/20/2026 at 11:59 p.m. AKT.
