Nine neighborhoods across seven states are part of the $180 million Fifth Third Empowering Black Futures Neighborhood Program. Fifth Third selected Enterprise to lead and manage the three-year program. It is designed to advance economic mobility and accelerate revitalization in neighborhoods that have experienced disinvestment, wealth extraction and income disparities due to racial inequities. Each neighborhood is led by a backbone organization with a track record of partnering with residents, small businesses and other key stakeholders to create systems-level change.
