Five Years of Investments: California’s Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program

Co-authored by Enterprise and California Housing Partnership, this report uses newly released data to assess five rounds of investment through the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities program (AHSC). To date, AHSC has invested $1.66 billion in 127 catalytic developments across California that integrate housing and transportation with community infrastructure and amenities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support sustainable, connected, vibrant neighborhoods."
