Sofia Michel recently passed her one-year anniversary as Enterprise's Northern California Market office manager. Even while everyone has been working from home since March, Sofia assists staff with any needs for their workstations, manages procurement, keeps the database up to date, and assists with special projects.
While in quarantine, Enterprise has conducted a variety of internal systems changes. From file systems to technology communication platforms, Sofia has been the backbone of this change for our office.
Sofia comes to Enterprise with years of experience creating office systems. Sofia recently worked at a real estate and property management company based in Berkeley where she coordinated information related to real estate transactions and investor relations. She performed all the tasks associated with managing the office as well, including budgets, bookkeeping, vendor accounts and facilities management. Sofia has also worked in construction and asset management firms.
She earned an associate's degree in business administration and accounting from Heald College in San Francisco. Sofia lives in San Pablo and is the mother of two active children -- and has three just as active dogs. She volunteers in her daughters’ elementary school. Amazingly, we just discovered that her son is a soccer coach to Northern California VP and Market Leader Heather Hood’s son! Sofia loves arts and crafts, and almost any warm beach.
