The selected applicant will develop a communications / marketing campaign, materials, and dissemination strategy that targets owners with available affordable units within the regions where the MMP operates (Dutchess, Erie, Nassau, Orange, and Tompkins counties), to assess the marketing campaign’s success, and to make recommendations for any changes to the marketing strategy going forward. Funding will include staff time for development of materials, a marketing strategy, the dissemination of the content, and a review of the strategy after the completion of the campaign.
If selected, proposers will receive funding to cover the above costs, and applicants can apply with proposals totaling between $70,000 and $120,000.
