Enterprise has initiated a Request for Proposals (RFP) process to select a consultant to complete a landscape assessment for its Housing as a Pathway to Justice Program in Atlanta, Georgia. This RFP is to help Enterprise better understand the relationship between people with criminal legal histories and their access to safe, stable, affordable housing, with a particular emphasis on the unhoused.
We invite consultants to submit proposals that show sufficient ability to research and analyze systemic elements such as existing housing opportunities for people with criminal legal histories and policies impacting this population to be able to elevate common themes and highlight opportunities for Enterprise to address technical assistance needs in the city of Atlanta, Georgia.
Enterprise’s national program, Housing as a Pathway to Justice, is a critical effort to leverage access to housing and appropriate services to support reentry from incarceration. Working collaboratively with our community partners, we strategize to reduce barriers to accessing housing and help in turn, reduce recidivism.

Acceptance Notifications: Applications will be reviewed, and responses will be made by August 30, 2024.

- Step 2: Submit any questions to Shannon Ball at SBall@EnterpriseCommunity.org no later than Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
- Step 3: Submit proposal and all attachments into the Enterprise Slideroom portal
