Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. (Enterprise) has prepared an application for funding in response to HUD’s Notice of Funding Opportunity, Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) Competition. These funds are to be used to preserve and improve manufactured housing communities. The application proposes to use $55,000,000 in PRICE grant funding to: improve access and affordability for low and moderate income MHC residents, improve the financial and environmental sustainability of MHCs, and explore opportunities to build new MHCs.
Enterprise seeks to obtain the views and input from the public and interested parties on the draft application. As part of this process, Enterprise will hold a public hearing at 4:00pm on Tuesday, May 14th.
