Enterprise Green Communities Workshop: Prioritizing the Path to Certification Plus for Existing Buildings

Enterprise will host a workshop, titled Prioritizing the Path to Certification Plus for Existing Buildings, on Thursday, June 6, at 12:30 p.m. ET. The workshop will review a recently launched pilot addendum for the Enterprise Green Communities Criterion 5.2b - Moving to Zero Energy: Near Zero Certification, our highest level of Green Communities certification; discuss the requirements for employing the new approach to achieve Certification Plus for existing buildings; and highlight resources available to support teams with integrating the pilot into affordable housing retrofit projects.
