Ayate Temsamani

Senior Policy Analyst, Public Policy

Ayate Temsamani is a senior policy analyst at Enterprise Community Partners, where she supports the organization’s advocacy efforts to safeguard and expand affordable housing and community development programs. In her role, she primarily focuses on disaster recovery and climate resilience. Prior to joining Enterprise, Ayate served as a climate fellow at Green America, working to promote a greener and socially just economy through environmental advocacy. She also worked for the World Bank as a consultant on a project to improve urban service delivery in Kenya. She is an experienced research and policy analyst covering various domestic and international issues, with a strong commitment to public service. 

Ayate received her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from American University and holds a master’s of Public Administration in Public Policy and Nonprofit Management from NYU.
