Shania Santana

Program Associate

Shania is a Program Associate on the Northern California Sstate and Llocal  pPolicy team where she supports the team’s policy engagement, strategic research, and communications through legislative tracking and policy analysis, advocacy, and leading the creation of their newsletter.

Prior to joining Enterprise, Shania worked for the Venture Leadership Collective, providing administrative, communication, and program support. Before this, Shania worked at Sixth Street Community Center in New York as Youth Program Director, managing the program and facilitating workshops for youth about environmental and housing justice, urbanism, and community. In previous roles, she conducted policy and community-based research on urban sustainability and neighborhood change and held leadership positions in community engagement roles supporting underrepresented youth.

Shania holds a bachelor’s degree in urban studies from Stanford University.
