Traci Sanders

Traci Sanders joined Enterprise Community Partners in January 2022. As an urban planning and policy professional, she has spent nearly 15 years building a planning career that represents her values; the pursuit of social justice, and a commitment to building safe, healthy, and sustainable communities. Prior to Enterprise, Sanders most recently served as Deputy Director for Strategic Planning & Reporting at the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), where she supported urban policy and planning research activities. Earlier in her career, Sanders was the Director, Civic impact at WXY architecture + urban design, where she developed business strategies for clients in the urban development sector, and also worked at NYU’s Furman Center supporting its research on housing policy.   

Traci holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago and a Master of Urban Planning degree from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service.
