Congratulations to the organizations awarded funds from Washington state public funders in early 2025. Enterprise works with community partners to advance the development of affordable homes and community services with critical early technical assistance and predevelopment grant funding.
We are proud to have supported 12 of the recently awarded projects, representing 947 affordable homes, 15 early learning classrooms, and five community facilities to be built in communities across Washington. The following are the organizations, their developments, and their locations.
African Community Housing Development, African Diaspora Cultural Anchor Village, SeaTac – 129 affordable homes, six early learning classrooms, a community garden, a performing arts space, and a small business hub
Behavioral Health Resources, B&B Apartments, Olympia – 19 affordable homes for residents with behavioral health needs

Chief Seattle Club, Sweetgrass Flats, Seattle – 86 units of permanent supportive housing serving the Native community
Downtown Emergency Services Center, Belmont Site, Seattle – 120 units of permanent supportive housing in the Capitol Hill neighborhood
HumanGood Affordable Housing with Greater Christ Temple Church, South Yakima Senior Housing, Tacoma – 62 affordable homes for seniors. Greater Christ Temple Church participated in our Pacific Northwest Faith-Based Development Initiative in 2023
Housing Hope & Everett United Church of Christ, Rainbow Terrace, Everett – 66 affordable apartments for seniors with community facilities and a new house of worship
Lower Columbia Community Action Council, Inc., Catlin & Main, Kelso – 40 units of permanent supportive housing, a new city library, and a community center on surplus public land, in partnership with the City of Kelso and the Kelso Public Library
Low Income Housing Institute & Akin (formerly Childhaven), Skyway Family Housing, Skyway – 53 affordable homes and four early learning classrooms developed for the Skyway community
Mercy Housing Northwest, 35th and Pacific Family Housing, Tacoma – 80 affordable homes and community space on surplus public land
Opportunity Council, Bellis Fair Family & Senior Housing, Bellingham – 127 units of affordable housing across two phases, including 64 units of affordable senior housing, five early learning classrooms, and integrated community spaces
Peninsula Behavioral Health, North View, Port Angeles – 36 units of permanent supportive housing with integrated behavioral health services
Plymouth Housing, Redmond PSH, Redmond – 100 units of permanent supportive housing with wrap-around supportive services for residents exiting homelessness, on formerly city-owned land
