California Tribal Housing Accelerator Academy: Stewardship: Housing Your Residents for the Long Term

In this training, we talk about the transition to centering residents in their new homes, no matter what situation they came from before that. We’ll discuss how to maintain quality of life as your property ages—what we call stewardship. Homelessness services and compliance with its funding sources can be tricky to navigate for many tribes, and we’ll use this time to answer your questions and review principles of stewardship to make your project a success for generations to come.
