Colorado's housing landscape is facing a deepening affordability crisis that threatens stability for low-income residents in communities across the state. There is a great need to channel increased and more supportive resources into preservation. Small to medium multifamily buildings — ranging from duplexes to 49-unit buildings — are a key segment of the housing market to consider for affordability preservation.
