Rising housing costs, stagnant wages, and a chronic shortage of affordable homes are putting stability out of reach for many across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region—especially those on lower or fixed incomes. At Enterprise, we’re advancing solutions that prioritize equity, resilience, and sustainability. From preserving and producing affordable homes to accelerating climate-ready development, our programs and policy work support thriving communities throughout the region.

Some of our key programs include:

  • Affordable Housing Preservation and Production: supports the creation and preservation of affordable homes through financing, technical assistance, grants, training, and data tools—while advancing public investment in long-term affordability.
  • Housing Stability: supports measures that reduce housing insecurity, ensuring public funding and programs go to communities at highest risk of displacement and homelessness.
  • Climate Resilience and Decarbonization: builds the capacity of owners and operators to make properties more resilient to environmental threats and to maintain healthy homes for residents.
  • State and Local Policy: advances systemic change that strengthens affordable housing and housing stability through policy analysis and advocacy in collaboration with organizational partners, policymakers, and implementing agencies.
  • Partner Sustainability: provides financial support and technical assistance to nonprofit housing providers to support stability, mitigate risk, and drive systems reform in the public sector.

A Place to Call Home
