Investing in the development or preservation of affordable housing provides a positive impact on resident's health through providing affordable and quality homes to live in. Having a home you can afford is linked to positive health and wellbeing outcomes. In addition, there is opportunity to explore models beyond standard investments in affordable housing to include programs or processes to incorporate resident voices and health promoting solutions.
