Jan 15, 2026 – New York – Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. (Enterprise) today announced the appointment of Lara Fitch to the organization’s New York Advisory Board. A technology consultant, Lara brings extensive experience from previous executive and leadership roles in entrepreneurial product management and digital strategy. 

“Lara Fitch’s stellar range of experience – spanning strategy, marketing, and technology – will be a great asset to Enterprise, as we work to increase affordable housing opportunity in New York,” said Baaba Halm, senior vice president of programs at Enterprise Community Partners. “We are inspired by Lara’s enthusiasm about the extensive and impactful work of Enterprise’s New York office, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to the Advisory Board.”

Lara brings broad expertise in transforming business strategies into scalable, best-in-class products. With over fifteen years of experiences as a project management executive and leader in roles at Amper Music, Huge Inc., and Tremor Video, she is recognized for building thriving businesses, teams, and products, and consistently driving cross-functional initiatives. Lara also founded and served as CEO of Strolby, a curated online shopping marketplace for brick-and-mortar boutiques. In her current role as a technology consultant, Lara advises companies on strategy, product management, and go-to-market planning; she also advises non-technical businesses on how to integrate AI solutions and other tools into their processes. She is skilled at laying a groundwork for developing top talent and bringing a culture of growth to organizations and businesses.
