Fifth Third Bank unveils $20 million gift to Atlanta’s Grove Park Foundation

Atlanta’s historic Grove Park, well-known for its many neighborhood clubs, was once a prosperous community for Black families and businesses in the West Side. However, decades of discriminatory divestment eventually led to the neighborhood’s economic collapse, resulting in population decreases and school closures. Today, Grove Park has no supermarket and no pharmacy.

Enterprise and Amazon Join Forces to Support Real Estate Developers of Color

Real estate developers of color in Nashville, Tennessee, Northern Virginia and Washington state’s Puget Sound region are eligible for organizational capacity building and project-related grants from Enterprise through a $5 million grant from The Amazon Housing Equity Fund.
