Enterprise hosted the Housing Our Community event, bringing together the 2024 grant recipients of U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) Housing Ecosystem Development Grants Program to share their innovative projects, exchange ideas, and discuss challenges and lessons learned.

Enterprise Community Loan Fund (ECLF), the community development financial institution lending arm of national housing nonprofit Enterprise Community Partners, announced that leading impact investment firm ImpactAssets closed six new investments with ECLF’s Impact Note for a total of $11,525,000.

A new study commissioned by Enterprise shows voucher holders in New Orleans continue to face discrimination, highlighting the need for source of income protections in the city.   

Close to 300 people gathered in Boise for the National Tribal Housing Ecosystem Summit. The event, the first of its kind, brought together Tribal, government, finance, and community leaders from across the country to inspire new ideas, partnerships, and investment opportunities to support Tribal housing development, homeownership, and economic and workforce development.
