Twenty-seven governmental agencies from across the state were selected to participate in Enterprise’s newest training series, Preservation: California Public Sector Cohort.

Among the top priorities for President Trump: dealing with the expiration of the President’s hallmark tax law passed in 2017, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). The expiration provides a once-in-a-decade opportunity to move major tax legislation, dubbed the “the Super Bowl of tax” in Washington circles.

The earlier we think about rebuilding after the wildfire—and the sooner we ensure that communities prioritize affordability, inclusivity, and resiliency—the more stable and sustainable our outlook.

Through Section 4 Capacity Building grant funding opportunity, Enterprise will provide funding to CDCs and CHDOs that need organizational stability and increased capacity to carry out community development and affordable housing programs and business operations.
