Sally Greenspan

Sally Greenspan is a senior director on Enterprise's Northern California team, where she leads the climate program. In this role, she works on policy and programs that address the joint challenges of housing affordability and climate change, and create more sustainable, resilient, equitable communities.

Sally has worked with dozens of housing developers, transit agencies, and cities across the state to secure over $3 billion in funding to build integrated housing, transportation, and urban greening projects. Her background includes positions in private real estate, architecture, urban planning, and public policy and research.
