Enterprise Community Partners Southeast and the City of Chattanooga are proud to announce the Faith-Based Development Initiative for Faith-Based Organizations in the City of Chattanooga. The latest expansion of Enterprise's national Faith-Based Development Initiative program, the FBDI Technical Assistance Cohort, aims to support up to eight Houses of Worship (HOW), Faith-Based Organizations, and/or Community Development Organizations (formally affiliated with a HOW) interested in transforming underutilized land into affordable housing and community amenities. The selected cohort will take part in a series of training and peer learning sessions designed to help them understand and navigate the development process. In addition to trainings, cohort members will have access to online tools, case studies, and bi-weekly “office hours” to receive one-on-one technical assistance.
Selected FBDI Cohort participants will be eligible to receive up to $50,000 in grant funding from Enterprise to cover the cost of applicable market studies, feasibility analysis, and other pre- development expenses associated with their potential development projects. Additionally, participants will learn about Enterprise capital products for which projects may be eligible.
