New York State Fair Housing Network and Enterprise Community Partners have released the following statement in response to the exclusion of flexible fair housing funds that had been included in the New York State Senate One-House Budget, from New York’s final FY 2023 State Budget.

On April 19, Enterprise submitted comments to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Request for Input (RFI) on the current and future climate and natural disaster risk to the housing finance system and to the regulated entities: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the Enterprises) and the Federal Home Loan Banks (the FHLBanks).
