We create partnerships with houses of worship, developers and public and private funders to build affordable homes and community facilities.

We build partnerships to help formerly incarcerated people find good, affordable homes and support them through the next chapter of their lives.

Equitable Path Forward is our $3.5 billion investment in Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) and other historically marginalized housing providers. Together, we can create a new level of equity in neighborhoods and bring more diverse leaders to affordable housing development.

We advocate to protect the Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to turn away renters because of their race, color, religion, national origin, disability, or gender orientation.
