Enterprise is seeking an Insurance Policy Consultant to provide expert analysis on the factors driving the increasing cost of insurance for affordable housing and identifying implementable policy, program, and/or financial product responses to lower insurance costs for housing operators. As an owner and operator, syndicator and investor in affordable housing, Enterprise has direct experience in the drastic rise of insurance rates at our properties, with notable spikes particularly in the past couple of years. As a policy research, development, and advocacy group, Enterprise has been actively engaged with stakeholders and government officials. This position would collaborate with our policy team and practitioners, who are working in partnership with affordable housing industry working groups to identify, explore, and develop potential solutions that could be enacted by Congress, the Executive Branch, state legislatures, and state executive branches.
