On Tuesday, the Louisiana Association of Affordable Housing Providers and Housing Louisiana sent a letter to the Governor’s Office to request additional funding for rental assistance for the remainder of the year.

It starts with design: good resident services programs work with families to develop the programs and services offered, rather than dictating to them what they need.
John Sullivan of Enterprise Community Partners, a national housing advocacy nonprofit, said the Mississippi program for rental assistance was not going well, but that these types of programs are not going particularly well anywhere across the country.
With financing from Enterprise, the City of New Orleans and the Louisiana Housing Corporation, New Orleans Restoration Properties will bring critically needed affordable housing to Hollygrove.
Enterprise, LISC, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, are pleased to announce the publication of What's Possible: Investing NOW for Prosperous, Sustainable Neighborhoods. The project, funded by the Wells Fargo Foundation, will serve as a critical resource for everyone committed to tackling the climate crisis and building more resilient, sustainable, and prosperous communities.
