The California Affordable Housing Pipeline reveals the status of affordable homes in the near-construction pipeline and highlights four key actions that can scale development.

Enterprise has reached the milestone of creating or preserving one million homes since 1982. We didn’t reach this significant moment alone – we have been able to create and preserve homes in every corner of the country in collaboration with thousands of partners, staff, and supporters.

The California Tribal Housing Accelerator Academy is a new training series of practitioner-driven housing development fundamentals, peer-to-peer support, and technical assistance to help in the creation of affordable homes.

Across the country and in Colorado, we simply cannot build our way out of the affordable housing crisis. Preserving our supply of currently affordable homes is an essential strategy to one day ensure everyone can stably afford a home in their own community. In addition to building new homes, we must also preserve the affordability of currently affordable rental homes through recapitalization, acquisition, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse.

From permanent supportive housing to an early childhood learning center to retail space for a full-service grocery, Enterprise proudly provided financial support and technical assistance to these new developments.
