Native entities from across the state are participating in our inaugural California Tribal Housing Accelerator Academy to learn how to maximize state funds and advance housing solutions for Tribal members.

Last month, Alemseged Desta addressed a crowd of hundreds spilling out from under a canopy tent, all there to celebrate two important milestones: the ribbon cutting for the redeveloped Legacy at Twin Rivers, a mixed-income, multifamily community in Columbia, Maryland – the city Enterprise founder Jim Rouse created – and Enterprise’s creation of one million homes. This theme of legacy—of community, continuity, and commitment—was embraced in the naming of Desta’s new home, and by everyone gathered for the occasion.

Enterprise, Montgomery County, and Truist today announced the launch of Enterprise Faith-Based Development Initiative^SM in Montgomery County, where it will partner with faith-based organizations to convert their unused land into affordable home.
