Since 2001, Enterprise Community Partners (Enterprise) has been working in Puerto Rico to build equitable and resilient communities with improved opportunities for low-income families on the Island.
We will continue this work in partnership with the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH), through the implementation of the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Program. As a result of this expanded work in Puerto Rico, we are looking for qualified firms and consultants to support the program.
Experience in one or more focus areas is required: Planning, Housing, Economic Development, Infrastructure and Cross-Sector. We’re also looking for individuals with specific topical experience with CDBG-DR, inclusive of cross-cutting requirements:

Specific experience facilitating direct technical assistance (TA) engagements and/or trainings related to CDBG-DR and cross cutting requirements is required. Strong facilitation skills, CDBG-DR content development and presentation experience are preferred. Specific experience can also include CDBG-DR program implementation and/or experience with policy and compliance related to CDBG-DR and cross cutting requirements. While not required, the following is a plus:
- Experience working in Puerto Rico
- Organizations or individuals that are based in Puerto Rico
- Spanish-speaking applicants
