Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. (Enterprise) is launching a comprehensive 12-month course to provide an overview of housing development and finance topics to 15 CLT volunteers, board members, and staff across New York State with the goal of equipping them to meaningfully participate in housing development and operations. When equipped with the tools to understand development processes, analysis of joint venture opportunities, and housing operations, CLTs will be better positioned to steward permanently affordable, resident-controlled housing.
