This new training series will aid California tribal organizations seeking to maximize state housing funds and expand their ability to address housing needs for tribal citizens.

The "Georgia Statewide Housing Needs Analysis" quantifies the housing need in state over the next decade and calculates the billions of dollars in added value, local income, local taxes, and local jobs that would be generated if Georgia met this housing need. The report also identifies opportunities for additional investment in affordable housing.

This report summarizes findings from KB Advisory Group’s Georgia Statewide Housing Needs Analysis, commissioned by Enterprise Community Partners in partnership with Georgia Advancing Communities Together and the Center for Community Progress.

Enterprise’s Preservation Next Academy is a series of publicly available, no-cost virtual training sessions designed to assist affordable housing developers, practitioners, and advocates with guidance to acquire, rehabilitate and preserve the affordability of homes located in unsubsidized small- to medium-multifamily (SMMF) properties, prevent displacement of residents at risk of eviction, and advocate for preservation minded policies, programs, and resources.

Enterprise is collaborating with FIHPP technical assistance (TA) partners –The California Community Land Trust Network, Community Vision, and Genesis LA - to provide a webinar series and individual TA as prospective borrowers gear up for the release of FIHPP funds. Sessions will be accompanied by guidance and template documents that will help mission-driven developers prepare for participation in the program, as well as long-term success as stewards of affordable housing.

Enterprise developed the Faith-Based Development Guide to provide support to houses of worship interested in taking the next step in the development process – from those just starting their journey to those already well underway in their work.

“Use what you have” sounds simple. But in the affordable housing realm, preservation is an innovative strategy – the most cost-effective, sustainable way to protect and expand access to rental homes and preserve affordability where it exists.

Enterprise’s 2023 Rural Rental Housing Preservation Academy is a national, cohort-based learning opportunity that supports organizations as they seek to preserve, recapitalize, and transfer USDA Section 515 affordable housing properties.

This brief synthesizes the most recently available data to look at who faces the greatest barriers to affordable, stable housing across Colorado by aligning data on area median incomes (AMIs) with wages for various occupations in different areas of the state.
